Just a quick note to thank you for conducting the service on Monday for our father's funeral. You made the entire service very comforting and just the way Bill would have wanted it. The family really appreciate what you did for us on Monday -Conrad 

I recently experienced what many eventually do, that passing of a loved one, my father in this instance. Over and above the stress which normally affects those closest to the deceased I had the additional worry of making the funeral arrangements and ensuring that his final goodbye was dealt with in the most sympathetic way. 

It proved to be a great relief when I found Jean, she not only helped guide me through the whole process, taking a lot of the burden off my shoulders, but was extremely flexible and understanding of my particular requests which was perhaps outside the norm. She took me step by step through what I wanted from her service, all with understanding and sympathy while balancing her empathy with her professionalism. 

Overall I was left feeling we sent dad off in a manner which he would have approved, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Jean to anyone who finds themselves looking for someone to give a final goodbye to their loved one.

Thank you for making the service so beautiful. It was perfect and captured the very essence of our mum. We are so happy it was captured on the webcast. We have watched it twice with friends who couldn't attend because of Covid restrictions on attendance and missed the broadcast. We can't thank you enough. - Gordon
